There is a hidden detour off of the main highway in Todos Santos of Baja California Sur. It’s a short but dusty ride to the beach. As you get closer, there’s an activity of cars, people and the advantageous pelicans.

Every few mornings, the fishermen set out before sunrise. Upon their return, the fishermen, merchants, locals and chefs blend together exchanging fish and pesos. By early afternoon, all evidence of the bustling market disappears.
